Meet Kate,

I created prjct fit from my own fight — a journey of anxiety, depression, and lifelong body image issues. I found boxing during one of the hardest seasons of my life, dealing with grief and emotional trauma. Through movement, I found healing. Through community, I found belonging. This project — this mission — is for every woman who has ever felt like her mind and body were at war. We’re here to rewrite that story.
